Plain-language answer to a simple question: what happens to the information you send us.

CityLife Contracting is a contracting company serving the Greater Pittsburgh Area. This page explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you use the estimate form, you tell us your name, email address, phone number, street address, the service you're interested in, and a note about your project. That's the only information this site asks you to type in.
We use it for one purpose: to answer your request, schedule a walkthrough, and quote the work. If you hire us, the same details stay part of your project file so the crew knows who to talk to.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic server records for visits — things such as browser type, approximate region, and the page requested. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse, not to build a profile about you.
This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts of its own.
The Service Area page shows an interactive Google Maps map of the Greater Pittsburgh Area. When that map loads, Google can receive the standard request data your browser sends (including your IP address) and may set its own cookies. That exchange is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Estimate requests and the messages that follow are kept while we're in contact with you and for a reasonable time afterward, so we can honor warranties and follow up on completed work.
We don't sell your information. We only share it with the people we need in order to serve you — our hosting provider, and the crew members assigned to your job.
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you've sent us at any time. Send us a note and we'll take care of it. If a project record has to be kept for warranty or legal reasons, we'll tell you what's staying and why.
This site is written for adults planning home or business renovations. We don't intend to collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and refresh the date at the top so you always know which version you're reading.
Write to us at info@citylifecontracting.com and we'll get back to you. You can also use the estimate form and mention you'd like to speak with us about your information.
